Common questions
Will you uninstall my AC and geyser?
Yes, we provide skilled electricians for AC (split and window), geyser and RO uninstallation. Installation services are also available at the destination on request.
Do you provide boxes for clothes?
Yes, we provide specialised wardrobe cartons for expensive suits and dresses (moved on hangers) and standard large boxes for folded clothes to keep them dust-free.
How do you transport plants?
We reserve a dedicated area in our trucks for plants. We suggest watering them a day before the move so the soil is moist but not muddy, and we handle pots with extra care.
Do you handle dismantling and reassembly?
Absolutely. Our team includes trained carpenters who dismantle beds, wardrobes and modular furniture at pickup and reassemble them perfectly at your new home — included in the quote.
Are there extra charges for lifting via stairs?
If a working service lift is available, there are no extra charges. If manual stair loading is required above the first floor, a small labour surcharge applies — always mentioned in your quote upfront.
